We have some things in common... "poetry, all animals, meditation, peace & quiet, long walks among trees & around cemeteries & anything to do with the rain." I'm not big on hot chocolate, but I used to be.
I’m an introvert, too. (INFJ) And it's easy for me to get overwhelmed sometimes, as well.
