My advice--go to your account settings and set them to you liking. You have many choices to make in that section and it may make the site a better experience for you .

You are liable to get PM's-messages- you do not wish to have so I would adjust those settings first. If you wish to block nudity, adult and so on you can. I would recommend blocking the former.

You can also set your account so it is not viable if one is not logged in. So no Google searching and viewing. And a lot more.
