@PeterHitchens I was being a little silly in my greeting ,
so you probably assumed I am a few fries shy of a happy meal and thats ok ,
but I hope it made you smile ,then it was mission accomplished .
Similar Worlds is a crazy place ,but most of the people are nice
We have our share of perverts and trolls ,and know it all kids and some who are very wise .some who assume themselves to be .my vote is still out on some of them
as Dad used to say I would love to buy them for what they are really worth and sell them for the value they see themselves at .but such is youth ,I was a know it all too ,and very arrogant ,so I cut them some slack I was young once too .
I myself use the site as a distraction to feeling lonely sometimes and for pain ,
I spend most of the week alone and I am disabled
I love to work and now days my body is not cooperating as much as it used to .
So some nights I share a few stories ,some things about myself and my past
other times I just mess with people ,nothing intentionally harmful ,just to make people smile (but sometimes it taken the wrong way ,especially by the young people and I wish I had passed the post on by ,its hard expressing humor in text and least for me )
But seriously ,hope you find what your looking for ,there are a lot of very good people here ,and if good is not what your looking for ,
we have our share of naughty and not so nice too .and I know ,my grammar sucks .
Run into someone that you just can't deal with ,click on their screen name
and on their profile it has a button to block them ,,free accounts only get 500
I have been a member since we began but only active every day for a year and I have only blocked 14 people ,,,most of them kids who have no manners and think they are wiser than someone almost 60 ,my grandkids don't disrespect me I am not about to let a strangers kid do it ,so instead of offending them ,I block them

@rckt148 kind sir thank you for your most comphensive introduction to this somewhat strange but interesting place. It contained a lot of useful information which I'm sure will come in very handy.
I am sorry to hear about your illness and how it impairs your life but I'm glad you find some small measure of respite interacting with people on this site.
