The man that is accused of murder was from Faribault, MN... His name is Jason Nisbitt. He is accused of murdering a woman from Ohio, Chelsea Martinez. The wife of the accused said that the woman was suicidal but she left behind children and a family that disagreed. I say he is accused, but he admitted that he killed her when arrested and he too told the police they had a suicide pact but he did more than just hang her according to the news story and left her in a culvert in a park, but I don't feel comfortable posting the rest of it where a child may see it.
