I am a New Member at Similar Worlds

I'm new here and still trying to work out the site. I'm finding groups but most don't have any stories in them. How are people connecting through this site if not through the stories ?

Thanks. I've tried finding stories in groups I relate to but they are mostly empty 😳
I'm here to chat n make friends not to sext txt or any of all that. Looking for a place to share my world n get advice etc not be hit on.
I've just found the profiles but can't work out how to search by group so can only got off age gender user name n picture which is a snap shot n doesn't give a true reflection
Any tips?
