I am a New Member at Similar Worlds

I am relatively new to SW.

And, since I am also pretty tech-incompetent, I need to ask for help.

Is there a method for starting new groups? Or, can new groups be suggested to SW administration? Or, are groups totally beyond the control of members of SW?

Any help is much appreciated!
