What is the eye symbol next to “post comment”?

Someone sent me link to a “hidden” post. They had no idea it was hidden when they made it and we don’t know how to change it. Any clue what that’s about?

No wonder I was confused the button does nothing when I am on my phone.

Any idea about what hidden posts is? How a post is made hidden and how to un hide it?@hlpflwthat
