I am a New Member at Similar Worlds
Ive been here a few days now, but it seems a little lame. Not many who want to talk with you as a human being!

There's lots of human beings behind the keyboards here, but connecting as a human is not really that easy sometimes.
My current personal theory is the anonymity thing keeps a lot of nice folks hiding quietly and leaves the airwaves open to a small number of natural extroverts who abuse the anonymity for evil ends, and a bunch of extrovert wannabe introverts struggling with their issues.
Result is, there's a large number of very tentative souls who play around in public, but don't reach out and are pretty leary of those who do.
Which, I guess, tells you where I fit in, and also just says this place isn't that much different than the real world, only in a distorted microcosm.
