You can be against both, misogyny AND misandry at the same time

Pointing out one doesn't automatically imply that you're supporting the other, unless you have the war mentality, that men and women are and must be in an active state of war and you must choose a side and can't support both teams at the same time...

Also when I imply that misandry exist in some specific context, and you respond by telling me the irrelevant obvious, which is that misogy exists too, that's also supporting the war mentality.

I used to tolerate too much misandry just because I care to validate other people's feelings even if they're treating me unfairly, I was raised with the mentality that blaming others takes us no where, while if I put it like it's my fault, then that means it's under my control and I can take responsibility and fix it...

But it's too hard to blame myself for so many things which are neither my fault nor under my control so I'm not going to tolerate misandry or take it lightly anymore... And I hope my friends here who often even joke about it would understand that I'm done hating my existence, it's not funny

I've found that the people that should "Misogyny!" or "Misandry!" are hyping up the victim complex more often than not. Yes, there are legitimate examples of both, but always beware of the person that shouts those words like a catch phrase.

Probably more jokes if you hold both in contempt.
