Honestly, all my coworkers are female except for the vet, I worked at a clinic with male techs they weren't as caring as the males.

That's a sign things are changing, and the fields are slowly becoming more acceptable to females. The reason they are not as "caring" is bc women have to be bossy in order to be taken seriously, or else they're pushed to the side
