Gratefully, that's true. I was a female business owner in a male-dominated industry. Nearly all my employees were blue collar males. I'll be eternally grateful to them for being skilled, competent, and loyal. Nearly all my customers and suppliers were male. I found the vast majority fair, if not supportive. I'm sorry if that contradicts someone else's narrative.
