That quote really just makes no sense. Giving a woman the right to make her own choices about her body, not assuming anything, just making sure ALL choices are available to her in no way lowers them to a flawed standard.

It raises them to the same level as a man, as men are never told that we cannot do what we want with our bodies.

@Pherick The quote is about how feminism and the Sexual Revolution has given alpha men what they have always wanted : unlimited sex without responsibility. And in bestowing "equality" women have been "liberated" from responsibility as well. These women are urging a more virtuous understanding of "equality" and "liberation" and "freedom"

@beckychandler By that logic woman have no part in the sex, its all about what the "alpha male" wants. I don't believe that for a second.

@beckychandler There is a reason parents are often more strict with teenage girls than boys it's because girls are better equipped to control their hormones for the most part. Now with no consequences to sex it's been cheapened and made less special.
