Exactly. Brilliant post. So important, because our choice [b]now[/b], determines where we'll spend eternity...we'll not have that option later. Paradise is a place of blessing, where the righteous go after death. That is, their spirit, which never dies. The body goes directly to the grave until resurrection day.

When Jesus was dying on the cross and one of the thieves being crucified with Him asked Him for mercy, Jesus replied, “I tell you the truth, today you will be with me in paradise” (Luke 23:43).

We are talking dead people here.

What does it matter to them where they go, or not go?
