Is it warm enough in Pensacola Florida in feb to sunbathe?

I cant say for Pensacola but I was born and raised in south Florida. Cant count how often I'd spend a January afternoon washing my car or mowing the lawn in shorts and a t-shirt. Beautiful state and the best climate anywhere!

I think that depends greatly on you; I seem to recall people would sunbathe in MI as soon as it broke 50. average high seems to be about 64f for feb.
