Do you believe that true happiness lies in the life of quiet contemplation or something different?

Quite contemplation ? Rather just observing of what is happening with me without subjecting myself to it or let it affect me.. This is helping me being happy☺

I think times of quiet contemplation are part of a truly happy life, but sometimes you just need to jump off that cliff too. :-)

True happiness for me comes from many sources but quiet contemplation is not one.

There is false happiness? Happiness is happiness, surely. Quiet contemplation probably makes a few people happy, but mostly not, I think
