to ADM when will you set up the PM as we can chose private fir friends only or public?

I'm fed up receiving pm from perv... like this

@Jackson.. yes but not for PM.. you can block.. young.. old.. but when u have friends from all ages.. you don't block them.. what we need is setting that allows us to accept only PM from our circle of friends or by everyone.. but as OUR choice
