Not really a question but don't give money to panhandlers they are just Faking It

@Peaceful most of them aren't homeless though they stand on exit ramps of highways when they're done they get into their Mercedes-Benz and drive home

Sure some do, just like scammers in every other area of life.
I've helped many homeless people over the years, gotten to really know them and you are quite mistaken.
