i was in a wheelchair for 6 months, and i lost all core strength, along with strength in my legs/feet. when i first stood again, i nearly fell over. it's been my mission ever since to have a very strong core, because it's what keeps you upright and off the ground.

It keeps the mind sharp and improves self-confidence. It can also help with anxiety and depression, even prevent them. You get sick less and have more energy and strength to do things yourself, without assistance.

So you can keep doing all the physical things you love to do for as long as possible.
I'd prefer to be self sufficient longer. Not needing assistance with walking or normal care as I age. It's proven that staying active keeps you active longer into old age
Good health is probably the greatest benefit but obviously being attractive sexually is a by product, and usually far more important to the person whom is physically fit. 👍

Age breaks the body down, the parts wear out. Staying active, exercising regularly paradoxically slows the process down a bit.
