Possession of small amounts of marijuana is actually still a felony in Nevada?

I have not been there in a few decades, but when going to college possession of even a seed or under the influence of marijuana was a felony. I had to go through a year of drug court to get that fixed back in my day.

I think I read it is up for a vote to legalize it sometime this year or the next. I just hope they can retro it for the poor souls that are in jail for minor possession amount convictions!!
