Why does internalized racism, and institutional racism, continue to exist in Western society?

I used to say that being human is a crime, but it's more reasonable to identify and pluck the dying flowers first.

@Socialclutz: Jordan and India are the most racist countries on earth. The US is about the same as England. This is just more alt left misinformation.
