Firstly, I don't actually believe that they keep track of religion as a statistic when it comes to criminality. Too easy to use it to blame a certain religion for a certain type of criminal activity. Secondly, if they do indeed track that stat, my question would be were they Muslim (or ANY religion) before they were arrested.
