Do you feel like sometimes you can't handle your life anymore?

There have been several periods in my life when three things at once went wrong, chronic stress for a year or more at a time and it was bad enough that I was thinking I couldn't handle one more thing. I had to set boundaries with people because it was going to destroy me if I didn't...and then got flack from the family because I did that. I have adrenal problems now and years of dealing with people stress is the reason why.
