Should I be worried? 5-hour energy drink side effects...

I took a 5-hour energy drink and I do not feel any energy at all. I feel really light headed with an upset stomach.

@MKM1996: i use them when over in the USA. Need to stay awake. Hasn't cause me a problem so far
