How come people cant give birth from other Creatures... Just only humans but animals can cross breed each other?

Gross question just curious

Because certain animals would be genetically compatible.

Horses and Zebras for example are nearly the same...it's the same reason Homo Sapiens could breed with the now extinct Neanderthals.

@Bustoff77: I didn't say crossbreeding species was a smart idea.

"Zebriods" (What comes out of a Horse/Zebra pairing) are infertile...making them useless as a species and only really "a genetic curiosity"
