@Vgore0304: They let you listen to music and also you will be focusing on this mirror that helps you see outside so it doesn't seem quite as claustrophobic inside it. I've had it done so many times. Just focus on the music and your breathing and it will be fine.

@Vgore0304: They'll stop the machine and pull you out if it's too much. The first time I had it done I worked myself up into a panic almost but now it's nothing to it. Just focus on the music and look into the mirror and control your breathing. I hope everything is good. Let us know how it goes.
