What happens the day that the Westburo Bapist Church picks up it's guns and starts shooting?

We could stop this. We could save lives in an instant, but we don't because we let them hide behind the constitution. Why shouldn't we put them on the list before they start? It's not a matter of if. It's when.

They only shoot off their mouths and that is bad enough.
I think it would be more likely that someone would shoot them.
