What happens the day that the Westburo Bapist Church picks up it's guns and starts shooting?

We could stop this. We could save lives in an instant, but we don't because we let them hide behind the constitution. Why shouldn't we put them on the list before they start? It's not a matter of if. It's when.

Put them on a list for what? They are reprehensible but havent broken a law.

I find people wanting to abridge a constitutional right without cause to be frankly more dangerous.

Should we make a list of people who "might" say something hurtful and ban them from expressing themselves?

Shall we ban their right to free expression?

Do you even consider the consequences of what you are saying?

You think they are dangerous and should not have equal protection under the law. How are you different from them?
