@Joey115: absolutely. I work in a care home and one day the inevitable happened and the shit hit the fan, all three of us and the other girl I was on shift with got into a huge screaming match. Long story short, all 4 of us ended up with disciplinaries.

@Joey115: everybody hates those two. Even the managers (and one of them is related to them, so that's saying something...) but because of "being fair" yada yada, we all had to be punished - though the manager expressed to myself and the girl I was on shift with that they didn't want to give us anything, rather a medal for standing up to them
