I don't know that anyone deletes my comments but no, I would not block for that. I block only for harassing behavior or those weird people who post stupid stuff like the thigh nerd crap.

I would not block them. It's their post and sometimes people can get nasty, rude, or vile in their comments. I would delete them also. They cannot delete anything unless it is their post.
