Do you believe in the "soul"

They are about to do the first "head transplant" in the world on December 2017 and it should shade some light on where the soul if in the human body... if there is one.

What's your thoughts on the idea?

I think by definition the soul is not physical

In religious terminology the soul is likable to the physical mind. They're more interested in spirit- which is a different thing altogether.

My thought. It's an emotion, something that I 'Feel' inside, who I am. (Heart and Soul). "She has a kind heart/soul."

Regardless of where you stand on the question of soul I think basic logic dictates that it's the person in the brain. I guess seeing this informed my thoughts further - I think the soul, while not physical, is in the brain.

Id agree. The eternal part of you. But not a physical part so a head implant wouldn't affect it. I do think a head implant is unethical thought. Bioethics will come under serious fire soon
