to the females biologicaly

i dont get why so many females like this 'hot' guy who lives alone,works out and is all out there with his charm,like that guy who lives his life for females,....theres type of guys are actualy realy dirty,psychopathic and just dirty,most of them have std's and alot are involved in crime?
