@Small - Well, I would not trust Farage if he told me that snow was white... The man is a prize prick!
However, he is one of very many despicable people on both sides of this debate. The whole thing has been very negative and it was nigh impossible to find any actual facts and figures to support either argument, which I guess is why it has all become so emotional for some people.
With a lack of information for the brain to sort through people have instead voted with their hearts and what they felt was 'right', and as such, have been genuinely upset by the outcome.
Personally I voted out, not because of xenophobia, but because I do not believe that the EU has our best interests at heart, it would be impossible for it to do so with so many varying cultures involved. So, I felt it was better to step back from it all and perhaps give our little country a chance to get it's own house in order...
Yes, we have a lot of work to do, and the next few years are going to be hard, but it might very well be a bit easier without outside interference :)
