@Stereoguy: No, most likely they'll have to start making their tools in China. Cost too much to manufacture here in the US. This will make their used tool price rise, since they are made in USA.

Hopefully they'll make it, it's a shame to see all these quality USA product go under just because cheap labor from overseas.
