@Starz93: I don't have a choice, he's very much become a part of me. No matter how many times I try to move forward with my life and date someone new we end up back together 8 years of this and counting.

@Justlilyg: True! sometimes you become addicted to the love someone makes you feel yet, do not allow yourself to be with someone who is cruel to you in a way that hurts you.. you deserve better!

@Starz93: I'm learning more about myself and he's cruelty was spurred by a lack of communication, which I'm learning is probably due to the fact he didn't want to hurt me or so he has claimed on a number of occasions.
Only through therapy have I realised exactly what that may be.
I would need to sit him down though or maybe just make the necessary changes, (They are for my benefit) for things to be better.
I think it's a change he would just see/feel.
And if not for him for someone new
