How often do you disconnect from the outside world?

Every weekend as much as possible

It's really hard. My job involves caring directly for people. When I've had enough, and when I can, I take a nap in a cool, dark room in order to "disconnect."

I spend practically all my time disconnected from the outside world. People disappoint me on a regular basis so I prefer to be alone.
