Sometimes I talk about myself in third person

Like at a buzzer for an interview they asked "hello who is it?" And I respond "Stephen is here for his interview" and in my head I'm like wtf?

But it would totally make sense in that scenario

So long as the third person doesn't answer you, and you end up arguing.....I wouldn't worry too much.

Just don't use the Royal 'we'.
That would be weird.
What would be worse is when other people refer to you in the third person, for example, 'does Stephen take sugar'

it's fine as long as you don't go all Gollum

🤣
I bet with an English accent that sounds especially regal. 😃
Kind of funny when they go along with it, not knowing you're the one being spoken about.

I think that's a symptom of a mental pathology...
