Am I the only one tired of muslim sheikhs trying to 'defend' islam constantly after attack ?

Islam isn't even at fault to defend it. Anyone could go commit a crime while shouting jesus's name yet no one would claim christianity is at fault..

@alberta01: No sane person would ever defend killing innocent people. That is a grave sin in islam and should be condemned by every muslim on earth. Oh and btw, White people kill more people than muslims do every year, yet no one calls them terrorists :)

No, you're not the only one whose sick of this! every time an attack happens by someone who claims to be a ''muslim'' we have to apologise on their behalf! this is not islam, it has nothing to do with islam yet people feel the need to apologise because the world expects them to, the world is pointing their fingers and its expecting us to apologise for such psychopaths and sick people who kill innocents! it's sickening and sad.

Technically it's the same as if a Baptist blew a bunch of people, and the Catholics were grouped in with them because they're all Christians. People don't pay a lot of attention to the subdivisions, and tend to group all muslims into the same branch.

When Christians have committed terrorist attacks, it is often against other Christians. For example, the IRA terrorists in the 1980s.

Muslims terrorist target people who are ideologically opposed to them, most often, "the west."
