Today is the oldest you have ever been and the youngest you will ever be.
Never really understood the second part of this sentence. Wasnt the youngest I had ever been was when I was born ?

If it makes it easier to understand, add the word 'again' at the end.
Indicating that you are younger today than you will be tomorrow.
Today is the oldest you have ever been, and the youngest you will ever be again !
