Why can't I sleep when I know I have things to do the next day?

Maybe because your mind is awash with the days dealings, and perhaps you are processing it, and thinking about everything you said and did, whether the choices you made were the right ones, and what to do differently if any the next time you log in here?

Or you could just be restless, maybe your body is tired, but your mind isn't.
