@Merlin: Kauai if it wasn't so darn touristy....I could garden year round, have fresh fruits in my back yard,grow many herbs & spices, and shore fish nearly every day if I wanted to...perfect diet, perfect lifestyle cause it has so many things to do (rainforest, beach, etc.)
