What is the best gel eyeliner pencil?
I'm in love with Marc Jacob's blaquer but I can't afford $25 so I'm looking for the best dupe

Smashbox is a decent brand, I use their liquid eyeliner and it's the best I've used so I think their other products would be up to scratch too
