What's something that makes you cringe?

I was watching this show with my mom and it was a Spanish drama thing that had a mix of both English and Spanish language being used by everyone....and just ugggh it made me cringe constantly when these people talked...like at times they sounded good but then at times they sounded so bad like I'm sorry but no I can't....not to mention like switching from Spanish to English....like I was so confused how these people would just switch from Spanish to English in the show....like not to be rude or anything but like it sounded like they were trying to talk English because someone in the room/set did not speak Spanish....that or they thought it was hip or whatever....I'm sorry but it's super repetitive and gross/cringeworthy...makes me wanna tear of my ears tbh. Like not saying people speaking another language is cringeworthy it's just how they were going about it or just saying phrases in English in the middle of the sentence in Spanish.

Like it would be like: [Insert long Spanish sentence here] =>>[Inserte English sentence/phrase Here]<<=[Insert Spanish sentence here]....like I like the diversity or like what they're thing to do to cooperate English in it, but I'm sorry it does not sound good when I hear it....sorry
