Not really.
We are blaming the rules that we feel forced to adhere to or watch the trainwreck of things happening helplessly.

@Aidolovemostofyourthoughts: but if we keep voting horrible people and don't stand for our self's are we not also to blame for these things?

@Firespirit: Every politician seems to be the same, just in a different package. It just depends if their policies give you an advantage or not.
How does one stand for themselves in a society governed as it is? Lets say, if you did not want to be presided over by the nominees standing for presidency, what is it that you could realistically do?

@Aidolovemostofyourthoughts: Your first step is to get the big business out of government that is where the greed and not caring for the people comes from.

@Firespirit: It's an idealistic view, not easy to put in practice.

@Aidolovemostofyourthoughts: Indeed the battle for that would be uphill and . they hold the supply of food water and your media. But nothing is more powerful than the common man in mass

@Firespirit: The problem is, common men are easily subdued by people in power.

@Aidolovemostofyourthoughts: A divided population is a easily controlled population. We can witness this every time we turn on he tv or read the news and thus Is our Achilles heel. Which may the reason we will never change and fall ever more into the dark

@Firespirit: See, every person has his/her own needs or wants that may be greater to the needs of the country as a whole. And that is where something like what you suggest could fail. Not many people would be willing to suffer for the greater good, which is what it would require. Suffering, temporarily.
Because people in power, have a lot of power to buy loyalty, even if grudgingly and even if by methods that are not quite moral.

@Aidolovemostofyourthoughts: It is tragic but someone has to suffer for good to happen its a double edged sword
SW-User
@Firespirit: Indeed. It is why people will always be stuck in this loop of what 'powerful' dictates. It would have to take something really drastic for people to revolt against what there is.

@Aidolovemostofyourthoughts: Since the people in power know this they have us by the balls per say. It is rather perplexing Though to see these things and know we are powerless in the face of such control

@Firespirit: Agree. :)
