Whilst you're walking outside, you see a person in distress and they clearly need help would you help or ignore it?

Sadly, I see on some youtube experiments a lot walk away but some do help. I would help to be honest, regardless of where I was heading to!

What would you do? be honest.

This isn't hypothetical for me - I have stopped and helped, even making myself late for work. This included stopping to help an old man from being beaten by a young man.
