Why do so many here use questions on politics and religion as a stick to beat each other with?

But even in that what is the point? seems like a lot of wasted energy

Not really if you already know them 🤔 it's not like most people are remotely original enough to have some sort of interesting opinions.

I can already tell if their ideas more or less conflict with my existence not sure what else I even need to be bothered with.

It's not even that it's "offensive" to me it's literally this person's perspective is why my life has been unnecessarily difficult. I deal with it enough irl that I cba online.

I just don't find people interesting or valuable enough to warrant listening to them rant about something. Especially since alot of it is wrong and I mean that accross the board. People tend to be so wrong.

Not sure why'd you waste time shifting through garbage to find a person with a decent ability to hold a conversation only to get nowhere and agree to disagree. Regardless of facts or rational thought. Seems like wasted effort.

@TwilitSona: I believe in giving people my time, it doesn't cost me anything and sometimes that interaction means a lot to them. I do generally find people interesting and I am interested in what they have to say..

I that's where we differ and that probably because I'm jaded.
