i'm physically healthy--i take in minimal junk food and i have meal plans and i exercise lots! but as far as mental health, no lmao. but exercising helps me not only physically but mentally too, and i'm on medication and in therapy and i've found a lot of different ways to cope so i'm getting there i guess
