Did you grow up in a tactile, loving childhood?

I didn't, I had to teach myself to hug people in my late 20's it just wasn't done in my family.

I suppose I'm similar. I wouldn't say my childhood was in any way bad or depriving. But my parents had certain stereotypes of how people should be that they enforced and we were carted off to Sunday school from early on into my teenage years too that reinforced some of that.

But I do now hugger people - I think I'm a bit of a hugger - family, close friends etc. I'll often go in for the hug.
