Do anyone no of anyone who has a disability how do you no them and what the disability

I don't know if its considered a disability, but I have this friend who is mentally slow. She's also has a distinctive appearance, short, wide faced, wide eyed, she seems to have a lot of baby fat, and her stamina Is pretty bad. I know her from school.
