I have a friend with Multiple Sclerosis (MS). He was my neighbour for 15 years before he and his wife moved away, but I still visit them every week or so.

@MaryMum: what is that
MaryMum · 51-55, F
@pandabearluke: A degenerative condition affecting nerves. It causes a person to lose control of their body/movement. My friend is in a wheelchair and can't move his hands/arms anymore. Pretty much all the movement he has is in and near his head.

I work closely with several deaf colleagues, a blind colleague, and two suffering brain injuries.

I don't know if its considered a disability, but I have this friend who is mentally slow. She's also has a distinctive appearance, short, wide faced, wide eyed, she seems to have a lot of baby fat, and her stamina Is pretty bad. I know her from school.
