As a people do you think we take too personally nowadays?

Do you think we are too serious over every little thing nowadays or do you think we are just being more expressive nowadays and just showing sides of ourselves that we would not normally show due to things new tech (social media, SW etc) ?

I think right wing politics is currently on the up and that means they think that we should be up in arms about a lot of things !
